The Third Annual Iron Knight Competition signup
Iron Knight is a 4.5 mile time completed event. Racers will compete in four categories all male, Co-ed, all female, and JROTC.
The event will consist of:
- Grenade Throw - Racers have to get a number of grenades on target before moving on.
- Push-ups - Participants will perform a certain # of p/u according to U.S Army standards
- Sit-ups - Participants will perform a certain # of S/U according to U.S Army standards
- Pull-ups - Participants will perform a certain # of Pull-ups
- Mental Challenge - TOP SECRET
- Downed Pilot - Three racers carry one in a stretcher
- Tire push - Racers push a truck tire end over end to a set point and back
- Equipment Carry - Racers relay equipment throughout a course
- Push a HMMWV in neutral from start to finish line
REGISTRATION IS FREE TO ALL
A week prior to the event, all teams will receive an information packet via email consisting of the team's start time, parking info, and all other info. Once your packet is received please confirm receipt via email.
